Lasciatele riposare in uno scolapasta per circa 30 minuti. Nel frattempo, lavate il prezzemolo. Asciugatelo tamponando con un tovagliolo e poi tritatelo finemente.
Sciacquate le rape e riponetele in una pentola antiaderente. Versate il latte, fino a coprirle totalmente. Sbucciate l’aglio e unitelo alle rape. Per un sapore più delicato, potete semplicemente schiacciare lo spicchio e lasciarlo a bagno nel latte. Se invece gradite un sapore più deciso, tagliate l’aglio a rondelle e spargetelo sulle fettine di rapa. Condite con sale e pepe a piacimento e lasciate cuocere a fuoco medio fino a ebollizione. Mantenete la cottura per circa 15-20 minuti.
Con i rebbi di una forchetta, verificate la cottura delle rape, quindi scolatele e tenetele in caldo.
Prendete le patate, sbucciatele e tagliatele a rondelle sottili. Sbollentatele in acqua salata per qualche minuto e scolatele appena si saranno ammorbidite.
Su una teglia antiaderente, versate un filo di olio e iniziate a sovrapporre i vari strati dello sformato da comporre. Iniziate con le patate, a seguire le rape, prosciutto crudo e un’abbondante spolverata di formaggio grattugiato.
Ripetete i passaggi per creare i vari strati.
Riponete in forno preriscaldato a 200° e lasciate cuocere per circa 20 minuti.
