Spostatele in una scodellina, aggiungete il miele, mescolate e fate riposare per un paio d’ore.

Lavate le pesche e tagliatele a metà.
Privatele dei noccioli e posizionatele su una griglia, con il lato piatto rivolto verso la brace.
Lasciate scaldare per qualche minuto, fin quando non si saranno dorate per bene.

Nel frattempo, lavate il limone e grattugiatene la scorza.
Tagliatelo a metà e spremete il succo.
Unitevi lo zucchero, la scorza di limone grattugiata e la ricotta e lasciate mantecare.

Distribuite le pesche su un vassoio piatto e cospargetele con il composto.
