[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Non potevamo che chiudere il mese di Maggio con un dolce dal sapore un po’ british. Il crumble di ciliegie è infatti un dolce di origine anglosassone con una superficie di frolla croccante a base di zucchero e burro, e ripieno di golose ciliegie.
È una ricetta che risale al secondo dopoguerra, quando farina e burro scarseggiavano, da qui il bisogno di sostituirli con briciole di pasta frolla, che prevedeva farina, zucchero e un grasso, che poteva essere margarina o lardo. Questa tecnica è rimasta nelle tradizioni, continuando ad essere tramandata di generazione in generazione.

Mettete la farina, lo zucchero e la cannella in una ciotola, versate il burro freddo a tocchetti e pizzicare con la punta delle dita fino ad avere un composto eterogeneo e sbriciolato.
Pre-riscaldate il forno a 180° e nel mentre lasciate riposare il composto per la frolla in frigo.
Imburrate una tortiera o delle mini-cocotte monoporzione e cospargete la base di zucchero semolato, versate le ciliegie con tutto il loro succo, sbriciolare sopra il crumble in modo da ricoprire tutte le ciliegie, cospargete con le mandorle, lo zucchero in granella e infornate per circa 20-25 minuti, fino a doratura.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][mkd_section_title enable_separator=”no”]Il tocco segreto di Gigi[/mkd_section_title][mkd_separator position=”left” color=”#f38436″][vc_column_text]Servitelo tiepido accompagnato ad una pallina di gelato alla vaniglia o alla cannella.
