enable_separator=”no”]Preparazione[/mkd_section_title][mkd_separator position=”left” color=”#f38436″][vc_column_text]Tagliate il tofu a dadini e mescolatelo con la salsa di soia, il miele e il pepe.

Sbucciate lo scalogno e l’aglio e tritate finemente il tutto. Riscaldate l’olio in una padella e fatevi indorare il tofu a fiamma viva mescolando. Abbassate la fiamma, unite il trito di scalogno e aglio e fatelo rosolare mescolando.

Spegnete il fornello. Riscaldate il forno a 200° C con calore statico sopra e sotto.

Fate scongelare i piselli.

Lavate e mondate il cavolo bianco e tagliatelo a fettine sottilissime usando una mandolina affetta-verdure. Quindi mescolate il riso con i piselli, il cavolo e il contenuto della padella in una scodella capiente.

Unite la metà del formaggio grattugiato e insaporite con sale, pepe, scorza di limone e noce moscata.

Tagliate la calotta ai peperoni, lavateli, asportate i semi e le nervature bianche, poi riempiteli con il riso.

Piazzate i peperoni ripieni in uno stampo per sformati unto con poco olio, bagnateli con il brodo, copriteli con la calotta e spolverizzate con il resto del formaggio grattugiato.
